Using a unique grid-based mechanism, the system moves platforms both vertically and horizontally to create an independent parking experience. It is ideal for residential, commercial, and urban areas where space is scarce and demand for efficient parking is high.

Built using advanced lifting and sliding technology, the puzzle parking system automatically shifts platforms to create space for parking and retrieval. Car are driven onto a pallet at ground level, and the system intelligently moves the platforms to position the car in a vacant slot within the structure.

  • Capacity Options: Designed for 2 Ton or 2.5 Ton cars
  • Levels Available: Up to 7 levels above ground and 3 levels below ground
  • Installation Type: Indoor recommended; outdoor installation requires client-provided enclosure
  • Grid Span: Supports up to 10 grids; each level (except top) includes one empty slot to enable movement
These configurations make the system adaptable for basements, open plots, tight corridors, and high-density zones.

How the Puzzle Parking System Works

The Puzzle Parking System operates using intelligent automation and smart platform movement, ensuring safe, efficient, and independent car parking and retrieval.

Parking a Car (Car-In Process)

  • The user drives the car onto the designated ground-level pallet.
  • The system automatically checks car dimensions and safety conditions.
  • The user exits the car and waits behind the safety line.
  • With Parking Management System (PMS) & RFID Tag, the system identifies an available slot using smart logic.
  • Without PMS & RFID, the user manually selects an available slot and enter the car number.
  • Platforms shift vertically or horizontally to create the required empty space.
  • The pallet moves or lifts the car to its assigned parking position.
  • The system secures the car and confirms parking completion on the display panel.

Retrieving a Car (Car-Out Process)

  • The user initiates retrieval at the user panel or kiosk.
  • With Parking Management System (PMS) & RFID Tag, the system automatically identifies the parked car.
  • Without PMS & RFID, the user manually enters the car number to retrieve the parked car.
  • The system performs safety checks and ensures the retrieval bay is clear.
  • Platforms shift vertically or horizontally to align the car for retrieval.
  • The pallet moves or lowers the car to the ground-level exit bay.
  • Once the system stops and safety gates open, the user enters the bay.
  • The user starts the car and drives out smoothly and safely.
