A Tower Car Parking System, also known as a Vertical Parking System, is an advanced, lift-based mechanism that stores and retrieves cars automatically in a vertical arrangement. It eliminates the need for large driveways or ramps, making it an ideal solution for high-density areas such as commercial buildings, residential complexes, malls, and corporate offices.

With Sieger’s Tower Type Parking System, vehicles are parked and retrieved automatically using a high-speed lift and a parking management system (PMS). The system ensures seamless operation, minimal waiting time, and optimal space utilization and it can accommodate up to 80–200+ cars depending on configuration and height.

Our Tower Parking Systems are highly customizable and can be designed for both above-ground and underground installations. Sieger Parking offers multiple structural configurations to suit site requirements and they are

Designed for 2 Ton or 2.5 Ton vehicle capacities, tower structures can reach up to 90 meters in RCC and 50 meters in steel, with additional 10–15 meters below ground for extended parking capacity.

How the Tower Parking System Works

Here’s how the Tower Parking System simplifies vehicle parking and retrieval through an intelligent, automated process designed for efficiency, safety, and convenience.

Parking a Car in the Tower Parking System

  • At the entry terminal, select “Car In” on the control panel.
  • Enter your 4-digit car number or swipe the RFID token for identification.
  • Once verified, the pallet process starts, and the boom barrier opens automatically.
  • Drive the car slowly into the allotted entry bay, following the on-screen or LED safety instructions.
  • Park the vehicle precisely in the slot where the LED indicator glows green, confirming correct alignment.
  • Press the “Parking Completed” button to confirm the process.
  • The system automatically returns the pallet to its home position, and the car is lifted to an available slot using a high-speed wire rope lift, ensuring smooth, quiet, and energy-efficient operation.

Retrieving a Car from the Tower Parking System

  • At the control panel, select “Car Out” or enter the assigned car number, or swipe the RFID token for quick access.
  • The Master PLC identifies the car’s location and activates the lift mechanism.
  • The vehicle is automatically brought down from its storage level to the ground-level entry/exit bay.
  • Once the car reaches the bay, the LED indicator glows green, signaling that it is ready for collection.
  • The user can now safely drive out, completing a fast, contactless, and hassle-free retrieval process.
