Sieger Parking proudly presents a landmark Fully Automated Multilevel Car Parking System in R.S. Puram, one of Coimbatore’s busiest commercial areas. Executed under the Government of India’s Smart Cities Mission, this project plays a key role in reducing traffic congestion while enhancing urban mobility.
Located on DB Road in R.S. Puram, the ground-plus-four-level facility spans 2.87 acres and was designed, manufactured, and installed by Sieger Parking for the Coimbatore Corporation. The system is engineered to accommodate 324 cars, delivering a highly efficient and space-optimized parking solution.
This advanced automated parking solution in Coimbatore operates as a fully automated system, utilizing high-speed lifts for vertical movement and intelligent trolley mechanisms for horizontal vehicle transfer. The average parking and retrieval time is approximately 60 seconds for the lower levels and around 90 seconds for the upper floors, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.
Completed in June 2022 with a project value of ₹40.78 crore, the facility demonstrates how automation and precision engineering can transform dense urban spaces. By improving safety, efficiency, and convenience, the project sets a new standard for smart parking infrastructure.
