Mr. Radhakrishnan is the Founder-Managing Director of SIEGER Spintech. He founded the organization in 1994 after completing his Masters in Textile Technology.

Under his leadership SIEGER has transitioned into a global automation solution manufacturer in Textiles, Warehousing and Car parking. Today, the organization employs a large team with a DSIR certified R&D center and highly advanced IoT connected manufacturing facility.

Sieger today caters to the top textile companies in India and Globally and is a part of the executive council of the Textile Machinery Manufacturers Association.

He previously served as Chairman of CII – Coimbatore Zone and, in the past, also served as Vice President of TMMA. Outside work, Mr. Radhakrishnan is a fitness enthusiast and pursues his interest in South Indian history. He also works keenly to improve employee welfare by providing education, medical support, etc.

Antony Parokaran is the Director of Car Parking Division at Sieger, bringing over three decades of experience in elevators, escalators, and automated car parking systems. An alumnus of NMIMS Mumbai, he blends business insight with technical expertise to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Antony has been instrumental in expanding Sieger Parking across India and is now leading its global outreach. Under his leadership, Sieger has delivered some of the country's most advanced, IoT-enabled parking solutions.

He is passionate about smart urban infrastructure and champions the integration of innovation and automation to create scalable, sustainable systems. By working closely across teams, he ensures each project reflects Sieger's core values: reliability, innovation, and superior user experience.

Ashwin Karivaradaraj is a second-generation entrepreneur, currently serving as the Director at Sieger. With a solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, he began his professional journey in the energy sector, where he gained valuable experience over two years. His passion for innovation and strategic growth led him to pursue a degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, UK, further honing his leadership and business acumen.

At Sieger, Ashwin plays a pivotal role in steering the company's operations towards excellence. Under his leadership, Sieger has adopted advanced processes, TQM Principles & Digital transformation that align with the ever-evolving demands of the industry. As a hands-on leader, he is actively involved in expanding the company's footprint, driving business development across Sieger's diverse business divisions. As a New-gen entrepreneur, he carries forward Sieger's legacy while infusing it with fresh perspectives and cutting-edge ideas.

Sureshbabu Nathamani is a seasoned operations and business transformation leader with 23+ years of consulting and industry experience across Strategy & Business Excellence, Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Chain Optimization, Digital Transformation, Process Automation, Quality, and Lean & Six Sigma. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and an MBA from SCMHRD, Pune, he has worked with global organizations across Heavy Engineering, Automotive, CPG, Financial Services, and IT, delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, quality, and business performance. Prior to his current role, Sureshbabu has held positions with Samtel, CGN Global, and FLSmidth. He is passionate about operational excellence, supply chain transformation, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to create sustainable business value.

Srinivasalu G is a seasoned engineering professional, currently serving as the Director of New Product Development at Sieger. With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, he brings deep technical expertise and a disciplined approach to product innovation. Associated with Sieger since 1997, he has been instrumental in developing products across three distinct business verticals: Textile Material Handling, Mechanised Car Parking, and Automated Storage Systems. His ability to take products from concept to production in compressed timelines and at optimal cost has been a key enabler of Sieger's growth into new industry segments.

As the head of New Product Development, Srinivasalu continues to drive innovation across Sieger's portfolio, ensuring every product meets market demands while maintaining the build quality and cost efficiency that the company is known for.

Mr. Murugesan N is a veteran leader at Sieger, associated with the company for over 34 years and currently serving as Director, Control Systems. He brings an engineering background in Electrical and Electronics. He spent three years at ISRO Mahendragiri, gaining hands-on experience managing HP plant operations on a contractual basis.

Joining Sieger as a Production Engineer, he has since held multiple roles across Production, Service, R&D, and Maintenance, a journey that has given him a rare, end-to-end command of the company's operations. Today, he oversees control systems across all of Sieger's verticals and drives innovation in new product development, having filed multiple patents and delivered CE-certified products.

Among his standout contributions is spearheading the development of a PP (polypropylene) contamination detection system for the textile industry, engineered specifically for contamination control in the blow room process. He has also been instrumental in Sieger's shift to a fully digital, paperless factory, where all drawings and process documents are now accessible directly on shop-floor PCs, a significant step in the company's digital transformation. Outside of work, he is passionate about automation, long drives, and agriculture.

Mr. Senthil G is a veteran manufacturing and design transformation leader, with over 31 years of experience in the discrete manufacturing industry, currently serving as Vice President- Technical at Sieger. He holds an M.Tech degree and specialises in engineering processes, design, automation and supply chain operations through creative problem-solving.

Throughout his career, he has worked with global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), successfully heading multiple core departments including Production, Tool Room, Process Engineering, Tool Design, New Product Development (NPD), Global Sourcing and Quality. He is deeply passionate about continuous improvement and focused on leveraging new technologies to consistently deliver world-class, highly reliable products.
